I've tried the latest version of the Conexant driver I could find (4.98.4.60 8/24/2009) and the Windows default HD audo driver (10.0.10586.0 10/29/15). 4) When you click the arrow key, you should be able to see 2 options, Conexant smartaudio HD AND NVIDIA High Definition Audio. Again, uninstall ONLY the Conexant smartaudio HD. Now you basically have no sound drivers on your computer left meaning you need to google and find the Conexant driver that belongs to your computer.
